As the founder and Product Management Lead of LifeCoach AI, I lead the development of an AI-powered solution providing 24/7 personalized well-being support. My role involves defining the product vision, conducting in-depth user research to validate market needs, and establishing a scalable business model that aligns with both user demands and business objectives. I oversee the end-to-end product development process, utilizing Jira for effective feature breakdown, sprint management, and MVP delivery. By continuously analysing user feedback and leveraging strategic insights, I drive informed product decisions ensuring the solution evolves in line with market trends, future growth opportunities, and user needs. My leadership ensures that LifeCoach AI delivers a truly impactful and user-centric experience, poised for sustained success in the well-being space.

Drawing on my expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, I played a key role in prioritizing readability, customization, and accessibility, ensuring a more user-centric experience. I collaborated with stakeholders to align the solution with accessibility standards and user expectations, and presented actionable insights and solutions to Sky’s leadership. This initiative drove a strategic project that significantly improved the feature’s usability and inclusivity, reinforcing Sky Glass’s position as a leader in accessible streaming services.
